6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
   No Code Hero provides no warranty, guarantee, or other term regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, or any other aspect of the software. No Code Hero shall not be liable for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims arising from the provision of goods or services. No Code Hero shall not be liable or considered in breach of contract due to any delay or failure beyond its reasonable control. Despite any conflicting clauses, if No Code Hero is deemed liable to you for breach of this agreement, you agree that our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for your services or software, as calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release No Code Hero from obligations, liabilities, and claims beyond this limitation.

   No Code Hero is not responsible for the user's actions with the user-generated content.
   
   

8. General Terms and Law This agreement is governed by the laws of France. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and No Code Hero through your use of these services. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of No Code Hero. You further agree that No Code Hero will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission to act by you.
